I follow state law which allows a maximum charge of $5.00 per notarial act (per signature).

Each signature notarized counts as one notarial act.

• Travel / Mobile Notary Fee – varies (quoted in advance) 

• Travel Fee (quoted in advance based on distance): $30.00 - $50.00
• Additional Mileage: $1.00 per mile 
• Extended Travel (50 + miles): Quote provided in advance

• After Hours / Weekend Appointments – additional charge may apply

• Weekdays after 6:00 p.m.: +$35.00  additional
• Weekends (Saturday/Sunday): +$35.00 - $75.00 additional
• Holidays/Emergency/Late Night (Specialty Services): +50.00 - $100.00 +additional

• Printing / Document Prep (if requested) – varies by request

• Printing (if requested by client): - $0.25 per page
• Document handling/scanning (non-legal administrative service): - $10.00 - $20.00 flat fee

Waiting /Delay Fee

• First 10 minutes: No charge
• 11-30 minutes: $15.00
• 31-60 minutes: $25.00
• Beyond 1 hour: Session may be rescheduled at notary's discretion

Cancellation Policy

Same-day cancellations may incur a $25.00 travel fee if the notary is in route.
