I follow state law which allows a maximum charge of $5.00 per notarial act (per signature).

Each signature notarized counts as one notarial act.

• Travel / Mobile Notary Fee – varies (quoted in advance) 

• Travel Fee (quoted in advance): $35.00 minimum within 15 miles
• Additional Mileage: $1.00 per mile will apply to the excess round-trip mileage. Complete travel fee will be quoted and agreed upon before the appointment 
• Extended Travel (50 + miles): Quote provided in advance

• After Hours / Weekend Appointments – additional charge may apply

• Weekdays after 6:00 p.m.: +$35.00  additional
• Weekends (Saturday/Sunday): Starting at $40.00 additional
• Same-day/Rush: +$20.00 additional
• Holidays/Emergency/Late Night (Specialty Services): +50.00 - $100.00 +additional

• Printing / Document Prep (if requested) – varies by request

• Printing (black and white) (if requested by client): - $0.50 per page
• Printing (color) (if requested by client): $1.00 per page

Waiting /Delay Fee

• First 10 minutes: No charge
• 11-30 minutes: $15.00

Cancellation Policy

Same-day cancellations may incur a $35.00 travel fee if the notary is in route.

Payment is due before the appointment. JLT Notary Services accepts cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and credit or debit cards.

Payment Processing Notice:

Credit/debit card payments are subject to a processing fee, which will be added to the total at the time of payment.
